So there are two key service offerings I provide:

 

Firstly, we talk.  Communication is paramount throughout your journey, and I really emphasise that. 

 

Service offering 1 is defining a running goal with you and coaching you to the start line.   This goal-setting phase is completed up-front and is documented as part of a broader athlete questionnaire, which I work with you to help define your recent history, training approach preferences, constraints, and other key information that enables me to set you up with a plan. 

 

The plan is loaded to the FINAL SURGE tool which becomes the Central Repository for all training information.  

 

The plan covers all of your training days throughout the journey.  The combination of getting to know you as a person and a runner, your history, and your aspirations, tells me about how to structure and set your training parameters, such as pacing, duration, distances, etc.

 

My objective will be to get you to the start line in the best possible shape, and with the confidence to achieve your goal in the agreed event.  We will track and record your training and at minimum you will be in contact with me weekly to review your training.  I will also provide you with key information ahead of your event at the objective, subjective and motivational level to get your mindset at ease.

 

A supplementary or separate service offering may also include myself training with you one on one – this can be anything from skill development through to leading you through key training workouts in your plan.  This second service is clearly subject to geographical constraints.

So, that’s a bit about the services I'm offering.  It’s up to you, for a small fee I will work with you to develop your running, set and achieve your goals, and have you on the journey to self improvement in no time.
